Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Excluding holidays.

With the exception of pre-orders, apparel, and home goods. Apparel and home goods are made upon order and could take 7-10 business days. 

Most items are currently shipped UPS

Items that you receive a verification for letting you know they've been shipped are in fact shipped within 24 hours of you receiving your notification.

Once we ship we monitor when it will be delivered. If the carrier still show's that they have not received the package, please know we are diligently working to get updated and accurate tracking information.
